  1. Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance operational efficiency and quality of products.
  2. Identify and analyze areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to implement changes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  4. Utilize various continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive process improvements.
  5. Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  6. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for improvement projects.
  7. Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  8. Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects to stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all improvement activities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for improvement initiatives.
  12. Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  13. Continuously evaluate and refine processes to drive sustainable improvements.
  14. Participate in cross-functional teams and provide expertise on continuous improvement principles and methodologies.
  15. Collaborate with suppliers and partners to identify and implement improvement opportunities throughout the supply chain.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement And Process Optimization, Preferably In A Medical Device Manufacturing Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Tools For Process Improvement.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Successfully Implementing Process Improvement Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Colleagues At All Levels Of The Organization.
