- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct thorough audits to identify potential compliance risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or instances of non-compliance.
- Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and update company policies and procedures accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance training programs.
- Communicate compliance requirements to relevant departments and ensure understanding and adherence.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Compliance And/Or Audit, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Fda Regulations, Hipaa, And The Sunshine Act.
Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulations To Business Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
