- Develop and implement overall clinical research strategy for the Cardiac Ablations Solutions division
- Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research studies, including study design, protocol development, and data analysis
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and external clinical research organizations, investigators, and key opinion leaders
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical studies and timely delivery of study results
- Monitor study progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments, including regulatory affairs and marketing, to ensure alignment of clinical research activities with business objectives
- Mentor and develop junior clinical research team members
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in cardiac ablation technology and incorporate into clinical research strategy as appropriate
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events
- Ensure patient safety and ethical conduct of clinical studies
- Maintain a high level of scientific integrity and accuracy in all clinical research activities
- Participate in budget planning and management for clinical research studies
- Act as a subject matter expert for cardiac ablation products within the company and externally.
Extensive Experience In Clinical Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Focus On Cardiac Ablations Solutions. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis And Interpretation, And Fda Regulations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cardiac Ablations Technology: The Senior Clinical Research Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Technology Used In Cardiac Ablations Procedures, Including Catheters, Mapping Systems, And Energy Sources. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Designing And Conducting Clinical Trials For New Products.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Clinical Research Professionals. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing A High-Performing Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
