  1. Conduct data analysis and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making for Medtronic's commercial operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical solutions to address them.
  3. Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  6. Lead and manage projects related to commercial analytics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and reports.
  7. Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  10. Communicate and present findings to a wide range of audiences, from senior leadership to cross-functional teams.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all aspects of data analysis.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to data security protocols.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate processes and approaches within the Commercial Analytics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Data Analysis Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, Including Proficiency In Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, And Predictive Modeling.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Advanced Excel Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
