Salesforce Solution Architect

Medtronic is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented solution architect with a passion for leveraging Salesforce to create innovative and customer-focused solutions.The Salesforce Solution Architect will be a key member of the team, responsible for driving the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to have a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions and have a thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices.The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a creative problem solver and have experience in working with stakeholders from all areas of the business. The successful candidate should have experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations, and reporting.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce• Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations, and reporting• Certified Salesforce Developer or Administrator• Proven success in developing and deploying Salesforce solutions• Experience leading Salesforce projects• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWe are looking for a driven and experienced individual who can bring their expertise to Medtronic. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet customer requirements.
2. Ensure that Salesforce solutions are implemented with best practices and industry standards.
3. Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Manage and coordinate Salesforce projects with stakeholders from all areas of the business.
5. Configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems.
6. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
7. Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
9. Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance and security.
10. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technology and new features.
