Sales Finance Analyst
Drive successful business outcomes by performing & delivering analysis of sales performance, contract activity, rebate results, P&L profitability. Develop trend-based revenue & spend forecasts including key drivers of performance to aid leadership with strategic decision making. Deliver monthly expense analysis and forecasting, including key drivers and risk and opportunities for Finance leadership. Create and maintain key processes for the sales finance team, including HCA & Other key distributor revenue allocations, Sales Rep account alignments, standard key rales reporting metrics, Expense & CapEx reporting. Support the analysis of key market share data for the US Cardiac Rhythm Market and its competitors. Partner with sales finance to develop the annual operating plan (Rosters, Alignments, Quotas, & Expenses).
2+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting
Strong analytical and systems skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, in a high-paced environment
