
Sales Compensation Operations Manager
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join the Medtronic team as Sales Compensation Operations Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for sales compensation operations, managing a wide range of critical initiatives to ensure the accurate and timely administration of our sales compensation programs. You must have a combination of skills, including strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. If you have a passion for problem-solving and are excited to take on a challenging role with a rewarding mission, then this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in sales compensation operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and create reports. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
