  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a strategic plan for launching the new robotic surgery platform.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market and competition to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  3. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and surgical centers, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  4. Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the robotic surgery platform to potential customers.
  5. Train and educate surgical teams on the features and benefits of the platform, including providing hands-on training and troubleshooting support.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns related to the robotic surgery platform.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
  8. Monitor and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of the launch and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in robotic surgery technology to provide insights and recommendations for future product development.
  10. Represent Medtronic at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the robotic surgery platform and build brand awareness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Specifically With Robotic Surgery Systems

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Experience With Obtaining Fda Approvals For Medical Devices

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies For New Medical Devices, Preferably In The Field Of Robotic Surgery
