With your expertise in healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations, you will provide valuable guidance to our customers, while also collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement reimbursement strategies.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations.
  2. Provide expert guidance to customers on reimbursement processes and requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement reimbursement strategies for Medtronic products and services.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in reimbursement policies and regulations, and proactively assess their impact on Medtronic's products and services.
  5. Conduct thorough reimbursement analyses and provide recommendations to improve reimbursement efficiencies.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of reimbursement activities and outcomes.
  7. Monitor and manage reimbursement claims, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  8. Act as a liaison between Medtronic and insurance companies, government agencies, and other third-party payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  9. Train and educate internal teams on reimbursement processes and regulations.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to healthcare reimbursement and share knowledge with the team.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to healthcare reimbursement.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement, Preferably Within Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Reimbursement Policies And Procedures, Including Medicare And Private Payer Guidelines.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Reimbursement Data.
