Job Description

As the Regional Clinical Service Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving clinical education and training initiatives.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support the overall goals and objectives of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) division.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to a team of clinical service specialists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively serve customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and challenges, and develop solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and industry partners.
  5. Plan and execute training and education programs for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Medtronic products.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  7. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  8. Provide guidance and support to clinical service specialists in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  9. Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on Medtronic products and services, keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
  11. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events, promoting the company's products and services.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Business Management.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Driving Results.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Healthcare Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
