  1. Lead and develop a team of Clinical Application Specialists to ensure their success in supporting healthcare providers and implementing medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their needs and develop strategies for successful implementation and utilization of Medtronic devices.
  3. Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge of Medtronic products to train and educate team members and healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of the devices.
  4. Oversee and manage regional budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  5. Analyze and report on regional performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision making.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and a commitment to patient outcomes.
  8. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and events, building relationships and promoting our products and services.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance of the regional team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Device Industry, Including Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Clinical Specialists.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
