- Lead and develop a team of Clinical Application Specialists to ensure their success in supporting healthcare providers and implementing medical devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their needs and develop strategies for successful implementation and utilization of Medtronic devices.
- Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge of Medtronic products to train and educate team members and healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of the devices.
- Oversee and manage regional budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Analyze and report on regional performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision making.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and a commitment to patient outcomes.
- Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and events, building relationships and promoting our products and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance of the regional team.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Device Industry, Including Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Clinical Specialists.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
