  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems that meet regulatory requirements and drive business excellence.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements, and ensure the organization is in compliance.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to monitor the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and suppliers.
  • Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality systems and processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new quality initiatives and projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on quality systems and provide guidance and support to the organization.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Systems Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Qsr.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems In A Highly Regulated Environment.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Continuous Improvement In Quality Systems.
