  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality standards for medical devices.

  3. Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement.
  4. Utilize statistical methods and tools to monitor product quality and identify trends.
  5. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  6. Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality requirements.
  8. Participate in the design and development of new products, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
  9. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
  10. Train and educate team members on quality processes and procedures.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  12. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve quality processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  15. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all quality activities and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Similar Role Within The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Devices.

  • Experience With Statistical Analysis And Quality Control Methodologies.
