- Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing and analysis of materials and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, utilizing knowledge of chemistry principles and engineering practices.

- Provide technical expertise and support to other team members, including training and mentoring as needed.
- Participate in product development and manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chemistry and quality engineering to continuously improve processes and enhance product quality.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field - A Strong Foundation In Chemistry Is Essential For A Quality Engineer In The Medical Device Industry. A Degree In Chemistry Or A Related Field Demonstrates A Solid Understanding Of Chemical Principles And Laboratory Techniques.
Previous Experience In Medical Device Industry - Quality Engineers At Medtronic Must Have Previous Experience In The Medical Device Industry.
