  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in healthcare outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for enhancing product quality and safety.
  3. Utilize statistical methods and software to analyze large datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance and improvement initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain databases and data management systems for quality data.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards related to quality data analysis.
  7. Identify and address data integrity issues to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  8. Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing data collection and analysis.
  9. Train and educate team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
  10. Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to improve data collection and analysis processes.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive understanding and buy-in for data-driven initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Quality Standards, Such As Iso 13485 And 21 Cfr Part 820.
