You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.Required qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science)* At least 3 years of experience working in a Quality Assurance role* Advanced knowledge of medical device regulations and quality management systems* Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product excellence and regulatory compliance by utilizing knowledge and experience in quality management systems and medical device regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues in collaboration with other departments.
- Analyze product data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Create and maintain quality assurance documents and reports.
- Monitor and audit compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to quality issues.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
