Job Description

Medtronic is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Quality Core Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring product excellence and regulatory compliance. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our organization by leveraging your knowledge and experience to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for our products.The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for excellence and a commitment to meeting customer and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of quality management systems, quality assurance principles, and medical device regulations. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.Required qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science)* At least 3 years of experience working in a Quality Assurance role* Advanced knowledge of medical device regulations and quality management systems* Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure product excellence and regulatory compliance by utilizing knowledge and experience in quality management systems and medical device regulations.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues in collaboration with other departments.
  3. Analyze product data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Create and maintain quality assurance documents and reports.
  5. Monitor and audit compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Develop and implement effective solutions to quality issues.
  7. Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance processes.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations.
  9. Ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
