  • Coordinate and manage projects related to Medtronic's Cardiac Implantables division, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues
  • Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to project team members on project status, assignments, and deadlines
  • Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and project reports
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in project management and healthcare to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cardiac Implantable Devices And Their Associated Technologies.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
