  9. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on internal communication matters, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Communication Strategies And Techniques, Including Digital And Social Media.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Internal Communication Programs And Initiatives.
