  1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the surgical safety market.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for new product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.
  4. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including product design, development, testing, and manufacturing.
  5. Define and communicate product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate our products in the market.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and address any issues.
  7. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for product lines, ensuring profitability and ROI targets are met.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers to better understand their needs and gather insights for product development.
  9. Train and educate sales teams and other internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  10. Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes that may impact the surgical safety market and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  11. Lead and mentor junior product management team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and enhance the company's reputation within the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Engineering, Or Healthcare

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Safety Products And Related Market Trends

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Customers And Stakeholders.
