- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the surgical safety market.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for new product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including product design, development, testing, and manufacturing.
- Define and communicate product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate our products in the market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and address any issues.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for product lines, ensuring profitability and ROI targets are met.

- Train and educate sales teams and other internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes that may impact the surgical safety market and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior product management team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and enhance the company's reputation within the market.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Engineering, Or Healthcare
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Safety Products And Related Market Trends
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products
