  1. Lead the development and launch of innovative surgical safety products, from concept to commercialization.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities in the surgical safety space.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals.
  4. Develop and manage product lifecycle plans, including product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and launch plans.
  5. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  6. Engage with key opinion leaders and customers to gather insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  7. Define and track key performance indicators for products, and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and comply with industry standards.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to drive growth and profitability.
  11. Collaborate with global teams to ensure product consistency and alignment with company strategies.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Safety Products And Technologies, As Well As The Regulatory And Compliance Requirements For Medical Devices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Driving Product Development, And Launching Successful Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals, Customers, And Internal Teams.
