- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure product consistency and alignment with company strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Safety Products And Technologies, As Well As The Regulatory And Compliance Requirements For Medical Devices.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Driving Product Development, And Launching Successful Products.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals, Customers, And Internal Teams.
