  1. Lead the development and commercialization of surgical safety products that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify current and emerging trends in surgical safety and make recommendations for new product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, clinical, and marketing, to bring products from concept to launch.
  4. Develop and execute product launch plans and marketing strategies to drive adoption and sales of surgical safety products.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to surgical safety products.
  7. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback on product performance and identify unmet needs.
  8. Conduct training and education sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders on surgical safety products.
  9. Manage product pricing, profitability, and budget to achieve financial goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities related to surgical safety products and provide recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
  11. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events related to surgical safety products.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Related Roles Within The Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Surgical Safety Standards And Regulations, Such As Fda And Iso Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Bringing New Medical Devices To Market, Including Product Development, Launch, And Post-Market Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineering, Marketing, And Sales, To Drive Product Success.
