- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Surgical Safety product portfolio, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely development and launch of new products and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and regulatory, to drive product development and launch.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch to end-of-life, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends, making recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry and regulatory changes, and ensure product compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Lead product training and education initiatives for internal teams and external customers.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Communicate product updates and developments to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Surgical Safety products, providing support and guidance to internal teams and external customers.
