Product Manager - Cardiac Surgery

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Cardiac Surgery team at Medtronic. This position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in product management, and experience in the medical device or related industry. Responsibilities:

3. Manage the product life cycle from concept to post-launch, including regulatory, marketing, and sales strategies.
4. Monitor the product performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product success.
5. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify customer needs and develop product solutions to address those needs.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, efficacy, and marketability.
7. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure product features, pricing, and availability meet customer needs.
8. Prepare presentations and provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.
10. Analyze competitor products and suggest product improvements.
