  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for product portfolio, including market analysis, competitive research, and product positioning.
  2. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring.
  3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use findings to drive product development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure efficient and timely product launch.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements or modifications.
  6. Create and manage product budgets and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback on products.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and ensure product compliance.
  9. Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to achieve product goals.
  10. Communicate product updates, progress, and achievements to stakeholders within the organization.
  11. Continuously evaluate and optimize product strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
  12. Represent the company and its products at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective product messaging and promotional materials.
  14. Identify and pursue opportunities for product expansion and growth.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Market, Including Trends, Challenges, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
