Job Description

At Medtronic, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Lead, Program Manager to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our product development process and will be responsible for leading the development and successful execution of our product development programs. This includes managing all facets of the product development process from concept generation to production and commercialization.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product management, program management, and leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be a strategic thinker, and demonstrate superior organizational skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead product development programs from concept generation to production and commercialization.
  2. Manage all aspects of product development, including budget, resources, timelines, and quality.
  3. Act as a strategic leader, driving product execution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  6. Create product roadmaps and ensure successful product launches.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  8. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  9. Research and evaluate new technologies and potential partnerships.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
