Product Development Program Manager

This role requires a creative problem solver who is able to work independently, is organized and detail-oriented, and has a passion for product development.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or project management, experience with medical devices and/or software applications, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. They should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement product development strategies and plans to improve patient outcomes.
2. Manage product development projects from concept to launch, including researching and assessing product requirements, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of products in the market, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
5. Develop and implement quality assurance plans and processes to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
6. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product designs.
7. Manage product development budgets and timelines.
8. Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership.
9. Identify and assess risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
10. Ensure timely and accurate completion of product development activities.
