  1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Workday system, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain system documentation, including business processes, system configuration, and user guides.
  4. Provide ongoing support and training to end users on Workday functionality.
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  6. Stay current on Workday updates and new features, making recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Participate in system upgrades and implementation of new Workday modules.
  8. Work closely with HR and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the Workday system is meeting those needs.
  9. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to support business needs.
  10. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
  12. Act as a project lead for Workday-related initiatives, ensuring successful and timely completion.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates, recommendations, and project status.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations.
  15. Uphold Medtronic's values and ethical standards in all interactions and tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Workday Business Analyst, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medtronic's Business Processes And Systems, As Well As Experience With Workday's Suite Of Products.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Teams, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Optimizing Workday Solutions, With A Focus On Driving Business Process Improvements And Efficiency.
