  1. Provide clinical expertise and support for Medtronic's vascular products in the Knoxville/Nashville, TN region.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge and experience in vascular clinical support to educate and train healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Medtronic's products.
  3. Serve as a key resource for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the region, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities, to ensure effective use and adoption of Medtronic's products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to provide clinical insights and feedback for the development and improvement of Medtronic's vascular products.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in vascular technology, and use this knowledge to continuously improve clinical support and training for Medtronic's products.
  7. Act as a clinical mentor and resource for other members of the clinical specialist team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Participate in clinical studies and trials to gather data and insights on Medtronic's products, and collaborate with research and development teams to analyze and interpret findings.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities, including product complaints and adverse events, in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  10. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, events, and meetings, and act as a subject matter expert on vascular products and clinical support.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, while performing job duties.
  12. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction by providing exceptional clinical support and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, promoting the company's mission, values, and products in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Vascular Medicine Or Related Field, Such As Md, Do, Or Phd.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Specifically In The Field Of Vascular Interventions.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Vascular Anatomy, Physiology, And Disease Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies, Including Developing And Implementing Business Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor A Team Of Clinical Specialists.
