- Lead the development and delivery of innovative medical devices in accordance with Medtronic's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize expertise in systems engineering to identify and analyze user needs, design solutions, and ensure product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and budget, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the development process.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical devices.
- Lead design reviews and provide technical input to support product development and design decisions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design inputs, requirements, and specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Represent Medtronic in interactions with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and suppliers.
- Adhere to Medtronic's ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance and integrity in all aspects of work.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Systems Engineering Or A Relevant Specialization.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Requirements.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Design And Develop Complex Medical Devices.
