- Oversee and maintain the company's complex and advanced computer systems to ensure stability and efficiency
- Design, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades and updates to optimize functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and technologies
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for data security and privacy
- Train and support end-users on system usage and troubleshoot any user-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware and software purchases
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance of systems
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Systems Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.
Advanced Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Network Infrastructure, And Server Administration.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
Experience With Regulatory Compliance And Security Protocols, Such As Hipaa And Fda Regulations.
