- Develop and maintain high-quality, innovative, and scalable mobile applications and platforms that meet the needs of our global healthcare business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Extensive Experience In Software Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing Software For Large-Scale, Global Digital Health Mobile Platforms. This Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Various Programming Languages, Software Development Methodologies, And Experience With Agile Development Processes.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Software Engineer, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Oversee And Guide A Team Of Software Engineers.
