- Develop and maintain test plans and scripts for SAP system testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough and rigorous testing of SAP systems, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify and report defects and issues found during testing, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other team members to understand business requirements and design effective testing strategies.
- Implement and maintain automated testing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry best practices in SAP testing.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide input on system design, performance, and usability.
- Communicate test results and status updates to project stakeholders, including management and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies during testing activities.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments, such as Quality Assurance and IT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP systems.

Extensive Experience With Sap Testing: The Ideal Candidate For A Principal Sap Test Engineer At Medtronic Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sap Testing, With A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.
Strong Technical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Modules, Including Sap Erp, Crm, Scm, And Bi. They Should Also Have Experience With Automation Tools Like Hp Alm, Selenium, And Tosca.
Leadership Skills: The Principal Sap Test Engineer Will Be Expected To Lead A Team Of Sap Test Engineers, So Excellent Leadership Skills Are A Must. This Includes The Ability To Mentor And Motivate Team Members, As Well As Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders And Senior Management.
Project Management Experience: As A Senior Role, The Principal Sap Test Engineer Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Executing, And Tracking Testing Activities. They Should Also Have Experience In Creating And Maintaining Test Plans, Test Cases, And Test Scripts.
