
Principal Remote Sales Representative

- Drive sales: The Principal Remote Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals by effectively promoting and selling Medtronic's medical technology products to healthcare providers.
- Develop relationships: This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers through remote communication channels. The representative will be responsible for understanding their needs and effectively promoting the benefits of Medtronic's products.
- Maintain knowledge of products: The representative will be expected to have a deep understanding of Medtronic's products and services, and be able to clearly communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Identify opportunities: It will be the responsibility of the Principal Remote Sales Representative to identify new sales opportunities and potential customers, and develop strategies to pursue and close these opportunities.
- Conduct remote sales meetings: The representative will be responsible for conducting remote sales meetings with healthcare providers, including presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: The Principal Remote Sales Representative will be expected to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market changes, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records: It will be the responsibility of the representative to accurately record all sales activities and maintain detailed customer records in the company's CRM system.

Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In Remote Sales Or Telehealth Settings.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
