  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the reimbursement landscape for coronary and renal denervation products.
  2. Utilize market analysis and data to identify reimbursement opportunities and challenges for Medtronic products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reimbursement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to assess the potential impact of regulatory changes and reimbursement policies on Medtronic products.
  5. Monitor and track reimbursement trends, policies, and regulations to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  6. Communicate reimbursement updates and changes to relevant internal stakeholders and provide guidance on potential implications.
  7. Build relationships with key external stakeholders, including payers, policymakers, and healthcare providers, to advocate for product reimbursement.
  8. Develop and maintain reimbursement dossiers and materials to support product reimbursement and coverage.
  9. Support the development of pricing strategies and value propositions for Medtronic products.
  10. Conduct training and provide guidance to internal teams on reimbursement policies and processes.
  11. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise and insights on reimbursement strategies and challenges.
  12. Monitor and report on reimbursement metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of reimbursement strategies.
  13. Use analytical skills to evaluate reimbursement data and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to reimbursement and market access.
  15. Represent Medtronic at conferences, meetings, and other events related to reimbursement and market access.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement Policies And Procedures, Specifically Related To Coronary And Renal Denervation Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Present Information To A Variety Of Audiences, Including Senior Leadership And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Reimbursement Projects And Initiatives, Including Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Optimize Reimbursement For New Products And Procedures.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Medical Device Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Requirements, To Inform Reimbursement Strategies And Decisions.
