  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement for Medtronic products and services.
  2. Develop and implement effective reimbursement strategies for new and existing Medtronic products, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes in the healthcare industry and payer landscape, and proactively identify potential reimbursement challenges and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data, develop reimbursement models, and make recommendations for pricing and coverage decisions.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement for Medtronic products and services, providing guidance and training to colleagues and external partners.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key payer organizations, advocating for appropriate reimbursement for Medtronic products and services and negotiating contracts.
  7. Monitor and track reimbursement trends and metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership on the financial impact of reimbursement decisions.
  8. Participate in relevant industry conferences and events, and represent Medtronic in discussions and negotiations related to healthcare reimbursement.
  9. Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all reimbursement practices are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Continuously assess and improve reimbursement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Company

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Systems, Including Medicare And Commercial Payers

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Reimbursement Analysts And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
