  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current quality systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement quality system processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement and ensure consistent quality across all areas of the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality system issues and implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize data and metrics to track and monitor quality system performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead and participate in quality system audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate and train employees on quality system processes and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance throughout the organization
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality systems and make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Partner with other departments, such as R&D and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure quality system requirements are incorporated into product development and regulatory submissions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality system metrics and reporting methods to track and communicate progress and results to senior management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for quality system-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Analyst Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems And Regulations In The Medical Device Industry, Including Iso 13485 And Fda Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Maintaining Quality Systems And Processes, Preferably At A Global Level.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Process Improvements And Efficiencies.
