  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations in the development and manufacturing of medical technology products.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure timely and effective completion of quality assurance activities.
  3. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable product performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential quality issues and risks throughout the product life cycle.
  5. Conduct thorough and accurate root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  6. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including product specifications, procedures, and reports.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to other departments, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical technology, and implement best practices to continuously improve product quality.
  10. Mentor and train junior quality engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  11. Represent the company in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and customers.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of purchased components and materials.
  13. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on quality-related matters to leadership and other stakeholders.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Quality Engineers And Driving Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
