- Lead and manage the overall project management process within the company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are communicated and aligned with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project objectives and milestones are clearly defined and communicated to all team members.
- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, constraints, and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and accountability.
- Mentor and coach junior project management team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and medical technology.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Medtronic's mission and values, and promote them within the team and organization.
- Travel as needed to support project activities, including attending conferences and meetings.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting project successes and identifying areas for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Business Administration, Or Project Management.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Deliverables.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers And Cross-Functional Teams.
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification And/Or Other Relevant Certifications In Project Management.
