Extensive Experience In Laser Technology: The Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience Working With Laser Technology, Ideally In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of Laser Physics, Optics, And Laser Material Interactions.
