  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality, cost, and efficiency goals.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all manufacturing processes are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers to ensure consistency and standardization across all manufacturing processes.
  5. Develop and maintain all necessary documentation, including process flow charts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  6. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality.
  7. Utilize statistical process control methods to monitor and improve process performance.
  8. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  9. Investigate and troubleshoot any manufacturing issues and provide timely resolutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into manufacturing processes.
  11. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  13. Participate in product and process validations and develop validation protocols.
  14. Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions.
  16. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve manufacturing processes and techniques.
  17. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  18. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
  19. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by adhering to safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety.
  20. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Techniques, Such As Cnc Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly.

  • Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

  • Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Device Manufacturing.
