  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process for medical devices at Medtronic.
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes and identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the manufacturing team.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on production performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for incorporating new technology and processes into production.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers to source and qualify new materials and components for production.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
  13. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
  14. Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Process Improvements That Result In Increased Efficiency And Cost Savings.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
