Principal Legal Counsel

Medtronic is seeking a motivated and experienced Principal Legal Counsel to join our team. This role is critical to the organization and requires a high level of expertise, leadership and legal acumen.The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. You should have at least 10 years of experience in a legal practice and/or in-house legal department, with an emphasis on corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, and regulatory issues. We’re looking for a professional who is adept at providing legal advice and counsel on a variety of matters, has excellent interpersonal skills, is able to build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and is able to provide strategic, creative, and practical solutions to complex legal issues.If you’re a self-motivated problem solver with a passion for the law and a drive to help the organization succeed, we want to hear from you!
