  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and drive brand awareness and business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences, key messaging, and the most effective channels for reaching them.
  4. Utilize a variety of marketing tactics, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and content marketing, to create integrated campaigns that engage and resonate with the target audience.
  5. Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in integrated marketing, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to support the execution of marketing campaigns.
  8. Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  9. Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the company's mission, values, and brand identity.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired results.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the marketing team, fostering their professional development and growth.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services and building relationships with potential customers and partners.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform future marketing campaigns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Integrated Marketing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Integrated Marketing Campaigns.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Seo, Ppc, Social Media, And Email Marketing.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
