Advanced Degree In Healthcare Policy Or Related Field: A Principal Health Policy Analyst At Medtronic Should Possess An Advanced Degree, Such As A Master’s Or Doctorate, In Healthcare Policy Or A Related Field. This Ensures A Strong Foundation In Healthcare Policy Principles And Practices.
Extensive Experience In Health Policy Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Health Policy Analysis, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry. This Experience Should Include Analyzing Healthcare Legislation, Regulations, And Policies At The Federal, State, And International Levels.
