Strong Financial Expertise: A Principal Financial Analyst At Medtronic Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Principles, Including Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Analysis. This Includes Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Tools.
Advanced Degree In Finance Or Related Field: At Minimum, A Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Role. An Mba Or Other Relevant Professional Certification (E.g. Cfa) Is Preferred.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Financial Analyst Or Related Role, With Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team. Experience In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry Is A Plus.
Strategic And Analytical Thinking: Medtronic Is A Global Leader In The Medical Technology Industry, And The Principal Financial Analyst Will Play A Critical Role In Driving Financial Strategy And Decision-Making. As Such, The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically And Creatively To Solve Complex Financial Problems.
