  2. Utilize engineering expertise to design, develop, and improve medical devices and technologies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and regulatory to ensure successful product development and launch.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to inform product development.
  5. Develop and maintain product specifications, requirements, and design documentation.
  6. Oversee and mentor a team of development engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development process.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the development process.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the medical device industry.
  9. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to upper management and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality in product development.
  11. Stay abreast of new technologies and techniques in engineering and incorporate them into product development when applicable.
  12. Lead and participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other team meetings to foster innovation and collaboration.
  13. Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  14. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from product development to production.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Electrical, Mechanical, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Design Control Processes, Risk Management, And Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products To Market.
