- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Medtronic's CRM products and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Serve as the primary clinical expert for the Ohio and Kentucky territories, providing support and education to healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of Medtronic's CRM products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing product adoption and market share.
- Conduct in-service trainings, presentations, and workshops for healthcare professionals to educate them on the clinical benefits and best practices of using Medtronic's CRM products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote Medtronic's CRM products and gain insights on market needs and trends.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for other clinical specialists within the team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and effective messaging and execution of strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and provide clinical support during key sales meetings and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and Medtronic's research and development teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to inform future product development and enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and ensure that all interactions with healthcare professionals are conducted ethically and in accordance with Medtronic's policies and procedures.
Advanced Clinical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Clinical Knowledge And Understanding Of Cardiac Rhythm Management (Crm) Devices, Procedures, And Therapies. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Anatomy And Physiology Of The Heart, As Well As The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Cardiac Data.
Leadership Skills: As A Principal Clinical Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Clinical Specialists In The Oh/Ky Region. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Are Essential.
Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With The Operation And Troubleshooting Of Medtronic Crm Devices. This Includes The Ability To Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On The Use And Maintenance Of These Devices.
