  1. Provide clinical expertise and support for Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division.
  2. Lead and manage the CRM team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
  3. Drive innovation and growth in the CRM division, identifying new opportunities and strategies for expansion.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry experts, and internal teams.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  6. Act as a clinical resource for sales and marketing teams, providing training and support on CRM products.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including clinical trials, regulatory approvals, and marketing campaigns.
  8. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  9. Lead and participate in clinical studies and trials, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior clinical specialists, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
  11. Act as a liaison between Medtronic and external healthcare organizations, representing the company's interests and promoting our CRM products.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making strategic recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
  13. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to the CRM division, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  14. Stay informed on competitor products and developments, using this knowledge to inform product strategy and differentiation.
  15. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the CRM division, promoting a patient-centric approach to product development and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Clinical Knowledge: The Principal Clinical Specialist Should Possess Strong Clinical Knowledge And Expertise In Cardiac Rhythm Management (Crm) Products And Procedures. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Cardiac Anatomy, Electrophysiology, And Device Programming.

  • Leadership Experience: This Role Requires A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team, As Well As Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Business Growth.

  • Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Medtronic And Healthcare Professionals, The Principal Clinical Specialist Must Have Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Clinical Information To A Variety Of Audiences, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Product And Industry Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of The Crm Market And Competitive Landscape Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Medtronic's Crm Products And Be Able To Provide Clinical Expertise To Support Sales And Marketing Initiatives.

  • Education And Credentials: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Healthcare Field, Is Required For This Position. Additionally, The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Certifications, Such As Registered Nurse (Rn) Or Certified Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (Ccds).
