- Provide clinical support and expertise for Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) products in the Pacific region, specifically in Washington and Oregon.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to ensure the safe and effective use of Medtronic products.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the latest advancements and best practices related to CAS products, including product features, benefits, and indications for use.
- Conduct in-service trainings, workshops, and presentations to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of CAS products.
- Participate in clinical studies and trials to gather data and provide insights on the performance and effectiveness of CAS products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any product or clinical issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements related to CAS products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CAS products, providing guidance and support to sales and marketing teams.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to healthcare professionals and patients using CAS products.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, clinical resources, and other educational materials related to CAS products.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and other events to represent Medtronic and showcase our CAS products.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the use and promotion of CAS products.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical support and education for CAS products.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, promoting our mission and values to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all clinical activities and interactions with healthcare professionals.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Clinical Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Cardiac Rhythm Management (Crm) And/Or Neuromodulation (Nm) Products.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Life Sciences. Advanced Degree (E.g. Master's Or Phd) Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Key Stakeholders And Regulatory Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches, Market Development, And Sales Growth Within Assigned Region.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
