  1. Lead and oversee the planning and execution of clinical research studies for medical devices and therapies.
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive the advancement of medical technology and improve patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, execution, and completion of clinical trials.
  4. Provide scientific and clinical expertise to guide the development and evaluation of new products and therapies.
  5. Analyze and interpret clinical data to support regulatory submissions and publications.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders in the medical community.
  7. Participate in the development and review of study protocols, informed consent documents, and study reports.
  8. Mentor and train junior clinical scientists on study design, data analysis, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to inform decision-making and development strategies.
  10. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to share knowledge and promote Medtronic's mission and products.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines throughout the clinical research process.
  12. Collaborate with global teams to support the internationalization of clinical studies and products.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of study progress and results.
  14. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of clinical research processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Research Setting, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Medical Device Development, Clinical Trials, And Regulatory Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
